Despite having been a private chef to the stars, Chris Davey’s foodie stardom is credited to his comforting, street-style treats, which are made from the finest locally sourced and seasonal produce. With two outposts in the picturesque villages of Gagingwell and Guiting Power – and now popping up in Bicester Village – The Cotswold Guy is perfect for grab-and-go options.

La Petit Chose at Wertheim Village

Sweet cinnamon buns, flaky, buttery pastries and freshly brewed coffee are the order at Wertheim Village’s latest pop-up. Stop by during a morning of shopping for a quick pick-me-up or spend some time post-lunch savouring the last of the autumn sunshine with a serving of frozen yoghurt.

Lievità at Fidenza Village

Fusing traditional Neapolitan cuisine with innovation, Italy’s first sustainable pizzeria chain, Lievità, is a masterful example of quality and seasonal craftsmanship. Using only the finest ingredients, the eatery has been featured in the prestigious Gambero Rosso Guide and, since 2024, held the title of ‘Best Gourmet Pizza’ on the 4 Ristoranti show. Now, you can sample its award-winning pizzas at Fidenza Village.

WE LOVE: While you can’t go wrong with a classic Margherita, don’t overlook the Etna and Puttanesca stone-baked pizzas.

B12 Streetfood by Eric Tiana at La Vallée Village

Popping up in La Vallée Village is Eric Ticana’s sushi food truck. Widely regarded as the best sushi chef in France, Ticana has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry. From running his own restaurant, GOMA, in Seine-et-Marne, to coaching the French National Sushi Team to a historic victory at the 2024 World Sushi Championship, his artistry is – put simply – not to be missed.

La Tentación at Las Rozas Village

La Tentación has brought traditional Mexican recipes and cooking styles to the Mercado de San Fernando region since its founding by Sandra H Conrejo in 2017. Now, its second venue in Madrid (the latest pop-up at Las Rozas Village) sees locals and international foodies flock for a taste of the authentic taqueria.

WE LOVE: Whether opting for a taco or quesadilla, the Jalisco-style birria is a winning base every time.

At La Roca Village, the table is set with gourmet delights crafted by favourite eateries. Panino Giusto at Fidenza Village

What first launched as an ambitious project to reimagine the beloved Italian sandwich has seen “the Italian Art of the Panino” become an international favourite. With a commitment to local, seasonal produce and masterful ingredient pairings, the B Corporation-accredited eatery (the first in Italy’s culinary sector) now has 29 restaurants across the world, with the latest popping up in Fidenza Village.

WE LOVE: A celebration of Italy’s famed foodie regions, the menu showcases the finest cured meats and ingredients from Parma, Prague, the valley of Valtellina and more.

Oliphant's at Bicester Village

Just in time for cosy season, Oliphant & Pomeroy returns with it’s Great Taste award-winning cinnamon buns and chocolate salted caramel buns at Bicester Village. Available alongside seasonal specialties, including cruffins, filled doughnuts and more, each menu item is freshly baked throughout the day and served warm.

WE LOVE: While famed for their original cinnamon buns, the chocolate salted caramel alternatives are deliciously moreish.

Koi Sushi at Fidenza Village

After more than six years in Fidenza Village, the beloved Japanese kiosk has been transformed into a sophisticated, sit-down restaurant with a charming new terrace. Amongst airy interiors, sample fresh sashimi, temaki and richly flavoured uramaki – along with new and exclusive Village dishes. Also on offer are Koi’s specialty fried noodles and fried rice, as well as warming Yakimono plates.

Mani Pizza at Kildare Village

What started as a passion project for founder, Ciaran McGonagle, has since become a go-to foodie favourite for Dublin locals. After falling for traditional Roman pizza during a trip over ten years ago, McGonagle spent several years eating his way around the country’s most famed pizzerias, eventually landing on his adoration for the Tuscan, panini-style slices of pizza to bring to the heart of Dublin city.

WE LOVE: The Pepperoni slice topped with Pecornio Romano is an underrated combination.
