Visit & opening hours
The Village is open every day except December 25th and January 1st. Opening hours may vary depending on the season. Please check the Opening Hours page before your visit.
The Village is open every day of the week all year long except 25 December and 1 May.
The Village is accessible by car, the Shopping Express® shuttle, or public transport (RER A to Val d’Europe, then a 10-minute walk).
Only assistance dogs are permitted on a leash within the Village.
Companion dogs are welcome at La Vallée Village, provided they are carried or placed in a dedicated stroller. For added comfort, strollers suitable for dogs weighing under 20 kg are available for rent from our team located in the outdoor area known as the Bus Drop-off Area, just beyond the Concierge Services point. A valid ID will be required upon collection.
Please also check directly with boutiques and restaurants for their dog admission policies, as these may vary from one establishment to another.
Upon arrival at La Vallée Village, leave your bags with our Luggage Drop-off Service, located in the outdoor Shuttle Drop-off Area, just beyond Concierge Services. Enjoy a carefree shopping experience while your belongings are kept safe and secure. Rate: €10 per day for 1 to 4 items. Bags must be collected the same day, at least 15 minutes before Village closing time. Member Benefit: This service is complimentary for Members of our programme. Log in to your Member space to view the full conditions.

Please report lost or found items by calling +33 (0)1 60 42 35 00 or handing them in at Concierge Services. If you have lost something, we will take your details and a description of the item, and you will be contacted if it is found. You can also consult the Lost & Found section via the link below.

Yes, you can purchase the La Vallée Village Gift Card right here or from Concierge Services, located within the Village. It’s the perfect way to treat someone special to a memorable shopping experience. The Gift Card is valid across all boutiques and dining outlets in the Village, except Momus.
You have two options to view your card balance:
- Visit this page and click on “Get My Balance”.
- Scan the QR code on the back of your Gift Card, then enter the 16-digit number located beneath the magnetic strip, along with the 6-digit security code.

Exception: CTRIP Programme
Miles for the CTRIP programme can only be credited on-site, on the day of your purchases, at the Concierge Services. You will need to present a valid form of ID for your request to be processed.

Yes, if you reside outside the European Union, you are eligible for a minimum 12% tax refund on your purchases at La Vallée Village, starting from €100.01 spent in a single boutique on the same day. Visitors residing in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) are also eligible for tax refund.
How does it work? The tax refund request must be made directly in each boutique at the time of purchase. You will need to present a valid passport for your request to be processed.

Parking and Transport
We offer complimentary parking to all La Vallée Village guests.
Our Valet Service is exclusively available on weekends and public holidays at a rate of €20 per day. For our members, Valet Service may be complimentary, depending on the benefits associated with your membership status.

Kindly note that Valet Service cannot be reserved in advance; please request the service upon your arrival at the welcome counter on the left of the Concierge Services.
There are electric vehicle charging points available for guests to use in the parking lot. Please note that they cannot be booked in advance.
The meeting point is located behind the Concierge Services, next to the drop-off area.
What is membership and how does it work?
The La Vallée Village membership programme is our loyalty programme. As soon as you register, you’ll receive your unique, 16-digit personal code and QR code and you’ll unlock your first level 1 benefits.
The more you scan your personal code when you make a purchase, the more stars you earn and the more benefits you’ll unlock as you level up. You’ll also unlock surprises, culinary treats, special gifts, exclusive invitations, benefits from our partners and five-star services as you go.
There are three levels of membership, based on the number of stars you’ve earned. You receive one star for each €1 spent in the Village when you scan your personal code.
- Level 1: 0–999 stars
- Level 2: 1,000–2,999 stars
- Level 3: 3,000+ stars
Your level is determined based on the number of stars you earn over 12 months, from 1 March to the last day of February of the following year. You’ll level up once you reach the next level’s star threshold, at which point you’ll receive a level up reward!
To earn stars and level up, don't forget to scan your personal code when shopping in participating boutiques across The Bicester Collection's Villages in Europe.
If you're not yet a member, you can sign up here to start unlocking rewards. There’s no charge for registration and no minimum purchase is required. (In other words, there are only advantages!)

You’ll find your personal code in all La Vallée Village emails and by signing in to your membership profile on our website or the La Vallée Village app, available free of charge on your smartphone’s application store.
Yes. You can earn stars until the last day of February. Then, every 1 March, your balance is reset to zero to make way for a new year of benefits and rewards.
The level you’ve reached is valid for the following 12 months. The number of stars you’ve earned during the year will then determine whether, on 1 March, you stay at your current level. You can check your level by signing in to your membership profile
The best way to keep track of your rewards is to download the La Vallée Village app and tap ”Membership”. If you’ve agreed to receive our communications, we’ll alert you of new rewards and benefits in real time by email and/or push notification. You can also log in via the website by clicking here
Each member can only have one active membership. We cannot merge accounts. To maximise your benefits, we strongly recommend that you delete one of your accounts by sending your request to ConciergeServices@LaValleeVillage.com

Download the free La Vallée Village app, available for iOS and Android, from the App Store here or from Google Play here.
In addition to an easy eccess to your personal code, you will get an access to exclusive content, offers and treats from your favourite boutiques. The La Vallée Village app allows you to navigate through the Village using our interactive map: simply touch, pan and zoom to view boutiques; you can search by name or category.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Village and will require an email address to log in.
