How it works
Step 2 - Check-in
For those that have pre-booked Hands-free Shopping, you can check-in upon arrival at Concierge Services, Guest Services or through one of our In-Village Hosts. If you are not an existing Kildare Village Member, you can sign up when checking in.
Step 3 - Shopping
Relax while you shop. Simply scan your membership code in the app at the checkout in the boutiques. Your bags will be labelled, scanned and sealed. Our Hand-free Shopping team collects your shopping and delivers to a collection point at Guest Services.
Step 4 - Collection
When you're ready you can collect your shopping from your chosen collection point. Your bags are scanned and removed from our dedicated Hands-free shopping bags and presented as they were in the boutique.
