How does it work?

  1. Activate the service

    Visit the Concierge or send a WhatsApp message to +39 340 287 6455 to register.

  2. Shop

    Show your unique code directly in the boutique at the time of payment and leave your bags to continue shopping—our staff will collect them for you.

  3. Collect

    Call us 30 minutes before leaving the Village and pick up your purchases at The Concierge.
