To claim your miles or points, present your loyalty programme membership card and shopping receipts at Concierge Services, the Concierge Kiosk or the Information Hub (next to Bicester Village Station). Please note this does not apply to the British Airways Club – Avios Claims (see British Airways Club – Avios Claims section below) or any other partner airline that requires card linking to claim (see Important Information section below).
We recommend claiming on the day of your visit. If you prefer to claim later, you can use our e-redemption service by clicking here (excludes British Airways Club members claiming Avios at Bicester Village and Ctrip).
