Please note this does not apply to the British Airways Club – Avios Claims (see British Airways Club – Avios Claims section below) or any other partner airline that requires card linking to claim (see Important Information section below).

We recommend claiming on the day of your visit. If you prefer to claim later, you can use our e-redemption service by clicking here (excludes British Airways Club members claiming Avios at Bicester Village and Ctrip).

Our e-redemption service is not available for all partners and may be unavailable if your loyalty programme requires card linking (where you must register your payment card). In this case, miles or points are automatically credited when you shop, and we cannot process claims after your purchase.

We cannot transfer miles or points between partners after they have been allocated.

Each loyalty programme has its own rules and time limits for claiming. It is your responsibility to check your programme’s terms and conditions before submitting a request.
