How to claim

You can claim your Miles, Avios or points either in person or via our e-redemption service.

In-Person: To claim your Miles, Avios or points in person, present your loyalty programme membership card, shopping receipts and method of payment at any of the following locations within Bicester Village: Concierge Services, the Concierge Kiosk or the Information Hub (next to Bicester Village Train Station).

We recommend claiming on the day of your visit.

E-Redemption: If you prefer to claim later, you can use our e-redemption service by clicking here. Please note that Ctrip claims are excluded from the e-redemption service and must be claimed in person.

Our e-redemption service is not available for all partners.

We cannot transfer Miles or points between partners after they have been allocated and you cannot claim with more than one airline.

Each loyalty programme has its own rules and time limits for claiming. It is your responsibility to check your programme’s terms and conditions before submitting a request.

The British Airways Club – Avios claims

• Notice of change: Effective from 30 April 2026 card linked Avios collection will be temporarily unavailable. All The British Airways Club Avios claims must be processed via the In-Person or E-Redemption process detailed above.

From 1 June to 15 July, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer members earn double Miles* when spending £1,000 or more in participating boutiques at Bicester Village, alongside exclusive benefits. PPS Club members earn triple Miles* when spending £2,000 or more in participating boutiques, plus additional premium benefits. Standard earn rate is 1.25 Miles per £1 spent. *Offer available on multiple claims during the campaign period. Each claim may include multiple receipts from participating boutiques and must meet the minimum spend threshold. Cumulative spend caps apply: £5,000 for double Miles and £10,000 for triple Miles. TURKISH AIRLINES MILES & SMILES

Members of Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles earn one Mile for every £1/€1 spent in participating boutiques at Bicester Village and across The Bicester Collection. Terms and conditions apply.

British Airways Club

Members of The British Airways Club collect one Avios for every £/€1 spent across The Bicester Collection. Notice of change for Bicester Village only: Effective from Thursday 30 April 2026, card-linked Avios collection will be temporarily unavailable. All The British Airways Club Avios claims must be processed in person or via e-redemption. Please note: A maximum annual spend threshold of €30,000 applies. Purchases that exceed the annual spend will collect 5 Avios for every £/€20 spent.

CATHAY - Asia Miles

Cathay members earn 1.25 Asia Miles for every £1 spent in the Village, up to an annual limit of £30,000. No Miles will be earned once the cap has been reached. Terms and conditions apply.

Etihad Guest members earn one Mile for every £1 spent at Bicester Village. Terms and conditions apply.
