To claim your miles or points, present your loyalty programme membership card and shopping receipts at Concierge Services, the Concierge Kiosk or the Information Hub (next to Bicester Village Station).
We recommend claiming on the day of your visit. If you prefer to claim later, you can use our e-redemption service by clicking here (excludes British Airways Executive Club members claiming Avios at Bicester Village and Ctrip).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Our e-redemption service is not available for all partners and may be unavailable if your loyalty programme requires card linking (where you must register your payment card). In this case, miles or points are automatically credited when you shop, and we cannot process claims after your purchase.
We cannot transfer miles or points between partners after they have been allocated.
Each loyalty programme has its own rules and time limits for claiming. It is your responsibility to check your programme’s terms and conditions before submitting a request.
British Airways Executive Club – Avios Claims
- To claim Avios, you must register your payment card for card linking before your visit.
- We cannot process Avios claims after your purchase.
- Once your card is registered, you cannot claim miles or points from another partner unless you remove your card from your Executive Club account before your visit.
