How to claim

To claim your miles or points, present your loyalty programme membership card and shopping receipts at Concierge Services, the Concierge Kiosk or the Information Hub (next to Bicester Village Station). Please note this does not apply to the British Airways Club – Avios Claims (see British Airways Club – Avios Claims section below) or any other partner airline that requires card linking to claim (see Important Information section below).

We recommend claiming on the day of your visit. If you prefer to claim later, you can use our e-redemption service by clicking here (excludes British Airways Club members claiming Avios at Bicester Village and Ctrip).

Our e-redemption service is not available for all partners and may be unavailable if your loyalty programme requires card linking (where you must register your payment card). In this case, miles or points are automatically credited when you shop, and we cannot process claims after your purchase.

We cannot transfer miles or points between partners after they have been allocated.

Each loyalty programme has its own rules and time limits for claiming. It is your responsibility to check your programme’s terms and conditions before submitting a request.
- To claim Avios, you must register your payment card for card linking before your visit.
- We cannot process Avios claims after your purchase.
- Once your card is registered, you cannot claim miles or points from another partner unless you remove your card from your Executive Club account before your visit.

British Airways Club

From 1 July to 31 August, members of The British Airways Club earn triple Avios when spending £250 or more in a single transaction at Bicester Village. Plus, complete a return Uber trip to the Village by car or rail to earn 250 bonus Avios. Terms and conditions apply. Find out more.

Emirates Skywards

Emirates Skywards members can earn one Mile for every £/€1 spent. Plus, from 21 July to 31 August, guests can earn double Miles with a minimum spend of £1,000, or triple Miles with a minimum spend of £2,500 during a single visit to Bicester Village.

Etihad Guest

From 15 June until 31 July, Etihad Guest members earn double Miles with a minimum spend of £1,000 during one visit to Bicester Village.

Qatar Privilege Club

From 1 July to 31 August, Qatar Airways Privilege Club members earn triple Avios with a minimum spend of £1,000 during one visit to Bicester Village.

Saudia Alfursan

As a Saudia AlFursan member, earn double Miles from 1 June and triple Miles from 1 July when spending £1,000 or more during one visit to Bicester Village until 31 July.

TURKISH AIRLINES MILES & SMILES

Earn one Mile for every £/€1 spent when you’re a member of Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles. Plus, from 1 July to 15 August, guests can earn double Miles with a minimum spend of £1,000, or triple Miles with a minimum spend of £2,500 during a single visit to Bicester Village.
