Our Hands-free Shopping service allows you to shop until you drop while we take care of your bags. Hands-free Shopping is free for Village members.

How does it work?

  1. Register

    Stop by Concierge Services to register for Hands-free Shopping in a few simple steps.

  2. Show your code

    Present your unique code at checkout and leave your bags with the boutique assistants.

  3. Collect your bags

    Call us 30 minutes before you plan to leave and collect your bags at your chosen location.
