Visitors will find everything they need to transform their homes for the holidays: handcrafted figures, trees of all sizes, stalls overflowing with unique objects and traditional sweets that create a unique atmosphere, deeply connected to the city's identity.

Just steps away, the warmth of the season continues at the San Ginés chocolate shop: freshly made churros and porras (a thicker type of churro) pair perfectly with steaming cups of hot chocolate, arriving at your table on impeccable trays and served by professional waiters. Stop by the Madrid icon to discover walls adorned with photographs of those who have made it a ritual – even more so at Christmas.

Concerts at the Teatro Real

The history of the Teatro Real reflects Madrid's ability to reinvent itself. After Napoleon's defeat, Ferdinand VII sought to build a grand opera house in the capital, on par with those of the leading European cities. The building has had an intense history: after its golden age came the collapse of 1925, the damage of the Civil War and decades of renovations that transformed it into the leading musical venue it is today.

Its internationally acclaimed programme offers unforgettable experiences each season. For the festive season, its Christmas Eve concert is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the holiday spirit in one of Europe’s most beautiful venues.

Did you know? Salvador Dalí designed the poster for the 1969 Eurovision Song Contest, held at the Teatro Real.

Las Rozas Village and its expert team of stylists have curated the products in this edit to showcase the best from the boutiques.
