Simply let us know by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. We collect your purchases directly from the boutiques and store them securely in our concierge services. There you can collect your shopping treasures conveniently and easily.
The service is free of charge and is offered during opening hours from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm. Please notice our terms & conditions.
How it works
Register
Visit the Concierge Services, where we’ll take you through the simple registration process.
Present your code
Present your unique code when paying for your purchases and leave your bags with the boutique assistants.
Collect
Simply call us as soon as you want to leave the Village and pick up your purchases at your chosen location, or have them delivered directly to your car.
