International deliveries, Duties and Taxes

For international deliveries, Duties and Taxes will apply and are the responsibility of you (the guest) to pay upon arrival at the chosen delivery destination.

We are unable to offer an estimated or exact price, as these charges vary depending on different factors, such as local regulation and customs policies.

If payment isn’t made upon arrival of the chosen country, this may result in the items being returned to Bicester village.

If the delivery is returned to Bicester village, the items will be given to lost property upon arrival and disposed of after 30 days. It is the guest's responsibility to arrange collection or re-delivery of these items, which will incur additional charges.
You as (the guest) are responsible for any communication with DHL regarding your shipment’.

Additional information

Delivery times and prices will vary depending on the size of your package and its destination. Delivery will take place within seven working days. Please note some items sent to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to customs and taxes, payable by the receiver before delivery.
