At the heart of this mission is the Unlock Futures Fund, which provides grants to Bicester-based charities, non-profits, and social enterprises. The fund focuses on empowering women, creating opportunities for young people, and supporting mental health and well-being—all with the goal of driving sustainable, meaningful change.
